Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness is looking for a Associate Creative Director, Art to join our Creative team in New York.

Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
The Associate Creative Director, Art is responsible for leading the creative work. This creative leadership role includes working closely with the creative director to assign teams, guiding those teams to consistently produce exceptional concepts and final work, and working closely with account management to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the quality of our creative work.
Specifically, ACD, Art has the following responsibilities:
Creativity (50%)
• Expertise/ability to design for contemporary female audiences.
• Create and evolve the Brand look and feel for print, broadcast/video, radio, digital/social.
• Knowledge of social platforms and what resonates with women on them.
• Help establish brand identity and ensure that it’s pulled through across tactics.
• Review briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration.
• Inspire creative teams to produce the best work possible.
• Evaluate concepts at pre-determined points and provide direction prior to review by Creative Director and account management.
• Set high creative standards that lead to a body of work that excite audiences and clients and is consistently recognized by agency management as on strategy / unique to healthcare.
• Contribute to creative efforts on new business assignments, as needed.
• Ensure that creative presentations to the client meet the highest professional standards.
Management (30%)
· Be human.
• Manage the workload for assigned book of business and help elevate the quality of work from the creative staff.
• Help ensure that deadlines are met.
• Work closely with editorial and traffic departments to ensure that deadlines are met.
Leadership (20%)
· Develop good relationships with clients. They’re nice people.
· Work with the Creative Director and project management to improve process, creative output, and workflow for the team.
· Demonstrate to clients that you understand and appreciate their marketing challenges and are responsive to their strategic needs.
· Work with junior creative staff to help them achieve professional and personal goals.
· Work with the upper management team to plan and pursue continuing strategic growth of agency and participate in new business pitch opportunities.

QualificationsAbout You:
· 8+ years of agency experience with primarily an Art background
· A proven track record of conceptual creative ability and judgment
· Successful client contact experience and ability to grow business organically
· The ability to work collaboratively with account management
· Excellent presentation skills
· Successful experience in managing creatives
· The availability to travel to meet client and agency needs
· The availability and commitment to work extra hours as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
Additional InformationCompensation Range: $98,500 - $165,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 09/04/2024.
