Saintuary Bar & Cafe is a upscale cocktail lounge located in the heart of the Downtown Exchange and is aiming to be known for our artisanal cocktails and welcoming atmosphere. Our mission is to create memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and high-quality beverages. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bartender and Mixologist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our passion for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Craft a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails with precision and flair.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and making personalized recommendations.
• Operate and maintain all bar equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and conducting regular audits.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender and mixologist in a high-volume setting.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and ingredients.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality beverages.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
